EVENT SCHEDULE

10:30am Valet, Registration, RANGE and breakfast open

Please have your digital valet pass ready to show at the entrance gate. Please take everything you need for the day with you when you leave your vehicle.

Make your way to REGISTRATION to receive your scoREcard and meet your caddie. Then head on over to the driving range to warm up and have a light breakfast!

12:00pm Shotgun start

Please make your way to your starting hole with your group and caddies.

5:00pm Cocktails & Panel Discussion

YOUR PRO-AM TEAM WILL BE MADE UP OF 3 AMATEURS + 1 PRO PLAYING:

SHAMBLE

YoUR TEAm selects the best drive, all golfers play their own balls from that position to the hole.

SCORING

SCORING WILL BE DONE VIA GOLF GENIUS. YOU CAN DOWNLOAD THE APP PRIOR TO THE ROUND. ONE PERSON ON YOUR TEAM WILL SCORE FOR THE GROUP.

CADDIES

CADDIES ARE MANDATORY FOR THE PRO-Am. PARTICIPANTS MAY BRING THEIR OWN CADDIE OR OUR CADDIE CHAIRS WILL ASSIGN a volunteer caddie if REQUIRED. IF bringing your own caddie, rsvp by JULY 1, a volunteer caddie will be assigned to you after this date.

ALL CADDIES WILL BE REQUIRED TO CARRY BAGS. PULL CARTS WILL NOT BE PERMITTED.
WE RECOMMEND YOUR CADDIE ARRIVE WITH YOU TO THE GROUNDS.
if bringing a caddie, they must check in at the caddie tent to receive their caddie bib.

IN ORDER TO ENTER EArl grey golf club, YOU WILL REQUIRE A DIGITAL VALET PASS TICKET.

PLEASE PRESENT YOUR DIGITAL TICKET WHEN ENTERING THE TOURNMENT GROUNDS. PLEASE MAKE YOUR WAY TO THE REGISTRATION TENT IN ORDER TO RECEIVE YOUR PHYSICAL CREDENTIALS FOR THE DAY.
